Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1/2 cup canned mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom, or cream of celery soup
- 1/4 cup water, red wine, or beef broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and onion, drain and return to pan.
Step 2
Stir in all ingredients except sour cream.
Step 3
Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in sour cream until well mixed, serve and enjoy.
Best served over egg noodles.
