Ingredients
- 12 flour tortillas
- 3 cups shredded chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint (16 oz) sour cream
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, separated
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, separated
- 1 can chopped olives
- 1 large can green chiles
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
Preparation
Step 1
Combine soup, chiles, onions, sour cream, and olives with half of the cheeses. Divide the mixture in half.
Step 2
Combine shredded chicken with half the above mixture. Fill and roll tortillas with meat mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
Step 3
Pour remaining soup mixture over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Step 4
Bake at 350F, foil covered, for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake addition 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
