- 3 – 4 tablespoons powdered sugar (depends on how sweet you want the filling)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or use almond, lemon, etc. )

Step 1
Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry. Remove the top and clean out inside with a paring knife if necessary. If you want to stand your strawberries upright, slice a bit off the bottom. Once strawberries are prepped set aside.
Step 2
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with a mixer or by hand.
Step 3
Add cream cheese mix to piping bag and fill strawberries.
Step 4
Once strawberries are filled dip the top in graham cracker crumbs.
For an extra-decadent dessert, try dipping the strawberries in melted chocolate once filled, and let cool in the fridge!

- Separate egg yolks and whites
- In a bowl, whisk egg whites
- Add confectioner's sugar
- Distribute on baking pan and flatten center lightly with a spoon
- Bake for 30 minutes at 250 degrees
- While that's baking, squeeze fresh lemon juice into a bowl
- Add egg yolks, sugar, and flour then whisk together
- Add butter and whisk again
- Take the merigues out of the oven once they're ready
- Spoon the filling into the center of the meringues
- Grate lemon rind and sprinkle the zest over the top of the pavlovas
- Serve!
