- Mustard seeds- 1 tsp.
- Ural dal. -1/2 cup
- Channa dal -1/4 cup
- Red chillies- 30
- Hing
- oil- 1 tsp.
- salt
- sesame seeds- 1/2 cup
Preparation
Step 1
Fry Hing, Mustard seeds, Ural dal., Channa dal and Red chillies in little oil.
Step 2
Dry roast sesame seeds.
Step 3
Grind everything into a fine powder.
Step 4
Cool and serve
