Ingredients

  • -1 lb ground beef
  • -1 can ranch style beans
  • -1 10 to 12 oz bag tortilla chips, crushed
  • -1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
  • -1 small onion, chopped
  • -2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • -1 package taco seasoning
  • -1 can cream of chicken soup
  • -1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325; brown meat & drain

Step 2

Stir in beans, tomatoes, onions, taco seasoning, soup, & water

Step 3

Simmer at Medium to low heat

Step 4

Put down a layer of crushed tortilla chips in a greased 9x13 dish; follow with a layer of meat and bean mixture, then half of cheddar cheese

Step 5

Repeat layers

Step 6

Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 20 to 30 mins; cool for 5 to 10 mins.
