Ingredients

  • Rice - 4 cups
  • Ural dal(whole) - 1 cup
  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Soak rice and dal separately for 4-6 hours.

Step 2

Grind urad dal in a grinder till smooth.
Remove it in a vessel.

Step 3

Grind rice.
Add mixtures.

Step 4

Sprinkle salt on top.

Step 5

Ferment overnight.
