Ingredients

  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 medium chopped yellow onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 large can diced tomatoes
  • Salt and black pepper, taste it as you cook and add more as needed
  • Raviolis (cheese/spinach/meat filled)

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil, add onion and garlic and cook 2 min for fragrance

Step 2

Add the remaining vegetables and cook 10 - 15 minutes until all the veggies are tender

Step 3

Pour sauce over cooked raviolis
