Ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 medium chopped yellow onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 large can diced tomatoes
- Salt and black pepper, taste it as you cook and add more as needed
- Raviolis (cheese/spinach/meat filled)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil, add onion and garlic and cook 2 min for fragrance
Step 2
Add the remaining vegetables and cook 10 - 15 minutes until all the veggies are tender
Step 3
Pour sauce over cooked raviolis
