Ingredients
- 6-8 Chicken Breasts
- 2/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 cups Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Chicken Juice or Broth
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 cup Water
Preparation
Step 1
Bake chicken for 1 hour and save the juices for the sauce.
Cook the brown sugar, lemon juice, teriyaki sauce and chicken juices...add broth to make the full 1 1/2 cups.
Mix the cornstarch and water together and add to sauce to thicken. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours in a covered roaster.
