Ingredients
- Crust :
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- Filling:
- 2 cans pumpkin
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter
Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Combine ingredients until crumbly; press into 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or golden brown.
Step 2
Filling: Beat filling ingredients until smooth; pour over crust, Bake for 45 minutes.
Step 3
Topping:
Combine Ingredients, sprinkle over top. Bake 15-20 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool store in refrigerator.
