Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Rhubarb, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Egg Yolks

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients together. Add egg yolks and rhubarb.

Step 2

Top:
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
Salt
1/4-1/2 cup Margarine

Mix with fork to make cornmeal

Step 3

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes! Serve with ice cream :)
