Rhubarb cake

Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sour milk (a little vinegar)
- 1 1/2 cups rhubarb
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- Crumble topping:
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Spray cake pans or butter them and pour cake mix into them. (Or one cake pan; depending on the size of cake you want).
Step 2
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 -50 minutes.
