Ingredients

  • 500 gms milk powder
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tin of thick cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix milk powder and ghee. Add milk to make a dough.

Step 2

Boil sugar and water. Break the dough into uneven pieces with your hands and add into the sugar mixture.

Step 3

Mix it well and let it cook for 5 minutes. Then add thick cream and cook it until the texture becomes thick.

Step 4

Spread the mixture in the tray. Garnish with slivered almonds and pistachio. Let it cool. Cut into squares.
