Ingredients

  • 7 oz buckwheat
  • 2-3 cups of water
  • 3 tbsp of butter
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

Fill 3/4 of a pot with buckwheat groats, add salt, butter. Pour over boiling water up to the top. Stir in carefully. Cook about 15-20 minutes. Serve with butter.
