Ingredients
- 6 oz potatoes
- 6 oz beets
- 1 onion
- 4 oz carrots
- 4 oz sauerkraut
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and cook potatoes, carrots and beets in their skins. Drain, allow to cool and peel.
Step 2
Cut cooked vegetables into small cubes. Chop the onion.
Step 3
Put everything in a bowl, add sauerkraut and oil, season with salt and mix well.
Step 4
Put into fridge for an hour, then serve.
