Ingredients
- 3.3 lb of potatoes
- olive oil
- rosemary
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Wash potatoes thoroughly with a stiff brush and cold running water, then remove the peel from potatoes.
Step 2
Put potatoes into a boiling water and cook up to 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place potatoes in a bowl and coat lightly with oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary and place potato directly on rack in middle of oven. Bake up to 50 minutes.
