Ingredients
- 1 lb Hamburger
- 1 16 oz can Tomato Puree
- 1 16 oz can Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 Clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 t Oregano Leaves
- 1 t Basil
- 1 t Parsley
- 1/2 t Thyme
- 1/2 t Rosemary
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 can Mushrooms
- 1 small Onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Cooking Sherry
Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburger in skillet. Drain excess grease.Add salt, pepper and onions. Put in large pot.
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Immediately bring to a simmer and let cook for around 20 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare noodle while the mixture is simmering.
