Ingredients
- Methi
- Ginger paste
- Green chilli 2 or 3
- Sesame seeds
- Jeera
- Yogurt
- Gram flour (besan) 2 tablespoon
- salt
- oil
Preparation
Step 1
In a pan saute sesame seeds, jeera, methi and ginger paste in oil.
Step 2
Mix equal amount of water to yogurt and add it to the pan.
Step 3
Mix besan in water without lumps and add to it.
Step 4
Just heat the mixture.
Don't boil as it may split.
