Ingredients
- Vegetables (white pumpkin, potatoes, green beans, squash(chow chow), carrots and cauliflower) - 4 cups.
- Green chillies- 4
- Coconut- 1 cup
- Jeera
- Coconut oil- 1 tablespoon
- Yoghurt
Preparation
Step 1
Pressure cook vegetables
Step 2
Grind jeera, chillies and coconut together. Add this to vegetables.
Step 3
Add coconut oil
Step 4
Yoghurt is added just before serving to increase flavor.
Tamarind extract can be added after adding oil.
