- Meat balls
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 carrot grated
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 onion chopped
- Sweet & Sour Sauce
- 19 oz (540 ml) can of tomatoes
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 10 oz can of water
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt & pepper to taste

Step 1
Combine all meatball ingredients.
Roll into balls and roll balls in flour.
Brown in a hot skillet.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a medium sized sauce pan.
Bring it to a boil & pour over meatballs in a baking dish.
Bake in oven at 325 for 1 hour.
