Ingredients
- 2 Carrots (peeled and cut in 3" pieces)
- 3-4 lb Corned Beef Brisket
- 2-3 med Onions
- 1-2 cups Water
- 1 Cabbage (cut in wedges)
Preparation
Step 1
In skillet place cabbage wedges, add water, cover and cook slowly for 20-30 min.
Step 2
Put all ingredients into crock pot in order listed except for cabbage. Cover and set to low for 10-12 hr (high for 5-6 hrs). Add cabbage wedge to pot pushing down to moisten after 6 hrs on low or 3 hrs on high.
