Ingredients
- whole graham crackers
- 4 ounces butter or margarine
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Topping
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. milk (use more if needed)
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. In saucepan melt 1 stick (4 ounces) butter
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, and 1/2 cup milk milk; add to melted butter. Bring to a full boil and boil 1 minute
Step 3
Stir in coconut, nuts, and graham cracker crumbs
Step 4
spoon over whole graham crackers and top with a layer of whole graham crackers.
Step 5
Mix topping ingredients together until smooth and spreading consistency; spread over top of graham crackers. Let cool and cut into squares
