- 4/5 cups of stock
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2/3 tsp salt
- Ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and dice carrots into small cubes
Step 2
Simmer carrots in stock until half done. Add sugar and finely chopped ginger. Continue simmering until all liquid has evaporated.
