Biscuits & Spicy Country Gravy

Ingredients
- Pillsbury Biscuits
- 1 lb. Spicy Italian Ground Sausage (Or mild sausage if you like less heat)
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 2/3 Cup Milk
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook biscuits according to package directions.
Step 2
Brown the sausage in a large skillet. Do not drain off fat.
Step 3
Add the flour, salt and pepper and Stir over medium heat until flour is browned and coats the sausage.
Step 4
Gradually stir in milk so that no lumps form, and continue cooking and stirring until thickened. (If the gravy becomes too thick, you may thin it with a little more milk.)
Step 5
“Open” up each biscuit on a plate. Spoon gravy on top of each.
