Ingredients

  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz. can of chopped green chilis
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 6-8 6-inch tortillas
  • 1 cup of chunky salsa
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • *Optional:
  • 1 cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • Chili Power, Ground Cumin & Garlic Powder (to taste)

Preparation

Step 1

Beat 8 oz. softened cream cheese until smooth.

Step 2

Add 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, One 4 oz. can of chopped green chilis, and 1/4 cup chopped green onions.

Step 3

*Optional: Add chicken breast and seasonings.

Step 4

Fill 6-8 6-inch tortillas with mixture, roll up and place seam size down in a greased 11×7 inch baking dish.

Step 5

Pour 1 cup of chunky salsa on top of filled and rolled tortillas and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Step 6

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is gooey and melty.
