This has been my favorite dessert since I was a child. My mom would make this for me every year for my birthday.

Ingredients
- 10 graham cracker sheets, crumbled
- 1/4 cup vegan margarine, melted
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp lemon extract
Preparation
Step 1
Combine graham crackers, margarine, sugars, and 2 tsp vanilla.
Step 2
Whip cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla and lemon juice. Whip until thick and fluffy.
Step 3
Press pie crust into oiled pan. Pour cheese cake filling in. Refrigerate over night.
