Ingredients
- 2 white bread slices
- 3/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 250 gms minced meat
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp hara masala
- 1tsp ginger garlic paste
- hara masala ingredients
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 4 small green chillies
- bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- a pinch salt
- oil for frying
Preparation
Step 1
Chop all the ingredients of hara masala and keep it aside.
Step 2
soak the bread in water. when soft, squeeze the water from the bread.
Step 3
Mix minced meat with ginger & garlic paste, 1 tsp hara masala, garam masala, red chilli powder,salt and bread slices.
