Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 2 1/2 cup ham, cubed
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 4 tsp cider vinegar
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 tsp prepared mustard
- 2 T cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Saute ham, onions, and pineapple for 5m. In bowl, combine juice, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard & cornstarch. Pour over ham mixture in pan and stir. Let thicken 5m. Serve over noodles or rice.
