Ingredients
- 2 T Italian dressing mix
- 1/4 C cider vinegar
- 1/2 C oil
- 3/8 C water
- 1 t granulated garlic
- 1 t salt
- 1 lb chicken breasts cut into around 4" chunks

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together.
Step 2
Pour over chicken and marinate 8 hours or overnight.
Step 3
Grill chicken until 160 degrees.
Step 4
Slice and put onto salad.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
