Ingredients
- 1 lb pork
- 2 sliced onions
- 2 sliced carrots
- 1 c rice
- olive oil
- cumin
- salt
- pepper
- garlic
- cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
ut the meat into cubes. Add into the cooking pot with olive oil. Fry until brown, add carrots and onion, fry more 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add cumin, salt, pepper, garlic, cilantro and 2 cups of water. Make it boil.
Step 3
Then add rice. Mix well. Add more water. The water should cover the rice by 1 cm. Cook on slow heat about 30 minutes.
