Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns - thawed
  • 1/2 cup butter - melted
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 cup onion - chopped
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 11 x 14 inch casserole or baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir together. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
