Ingredients
- 1 teas. Salt
- 1 tbs. Sugar
- Lasagne noodles
- Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 Onion quartered
- 1 Carrot
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 large can Tomato sauce
- 1 small can Tomato paste
Preparation
Step 1
Chop up celery, onion, carrot coarsely in blender
Step 2
Brown beef
Step 3
Add vegetable mix and tomatoes
Step 4
Add sugar and salt
Step 5
Stir at MED LO for 40 minutes till saucy but not watery
Step 6
Cook lasagne noodles
Step 7
In 3 X 4 pan, alternate lasagne, sauce and cheese
Step 8
Bake until brown at 375 °
