Ingredients
- Roast
- Garlic
- Salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- Chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Wash roast and pat dry
Rub with garlic clove
Mix brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar
Rub mixture into roast
Mix remaining rub with garlic and chicken broth
Pour over roast in crock pot
Set crock pot to low and cook for approx. 5 hours, flipping halfway through
Once cooked remove from crock pot and let rest before slicing
