Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 1 tsp sage
Preparation
Step 1
Soak bread crumbs in milk.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients.
Step 3
Place in a loaf pan.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Check for doneness.
Optional topping (Add after cooking 1 hour)
3 T brown sugar
1/4 cup katchup
1/4 t nutmeg
1t mustard
Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy; green beans
