Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar 2 tblsp cornstarch 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 cup water 3 cups blueberries 1 tblsp lemon juice pie crust unbaked
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar cornstarch cinnamon and water in a saucepan heat rapidly until thickened. Let cool.
Step 2
When cooled add the berries and lemon juice. Preheat oven to 425.
Step 3
Prepare crust in pie pan. Pour iin blueberry mixture.
Step 4
Sprinkle lemon juice over top. Place top crust on.
Step 5
Cut in vents and flute rim.
Step 6
Top lightly with sugar. Bake for 20 mins.
Step 7
Reduce heat to 350 and bake for additional 20-25 mins.
