Pumpkin Bars w/ Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 4 eggs
- 3 C pumpkin puree
- 1/2 C oil
- Frosting:
- 1/2 package cream cheese softened
- 1/2 stick butter softened
- 1 T vanilla
- 4 1/2 C powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients.
Step 2
Mix in eggs, pumpkin and oil.
Step 3
Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Step 4
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Step 5
Let cool and frost with frosting.
Step 6
For Frosting:
Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar until spreading consistency.
If frosting is too stiff add a tablespoon or two of milk.
