Lemon Bars

Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 C. Butter
- Dash Salt
- ½ C. Powdered Sugar
- 2 C. Flour
- Filling:
- 4 Eggs
- 2 C. Granulated Sugar
- ¼ C. Flour
- 6 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, salt, powdered sugar and flour and press into 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Step 2
Beat eggs and sugar, add flour and lemon juice.
Step 3
Pour onto slightly cooled crust. Bake 20-30 minutes @350°. Cool.
Step 4
Sprinkle cooled lemon topping with powdered sugar.
