- 1/4 C. peanut butter
- 2 Tbs. cornstarch
- 2 Tbs. gluten free soy sauce
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. oil
- 4 C. assorted vegetables
- 1 lb. protein (chicken, beef, seafood, tofu)
- 1.5 tsp. minced garlic
- 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red peper
- 2 tsp. seasame seed

Step 1
Mix broth, conrnstarch, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper in small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Stir fry protien 5 minutes or until cooked thouroughly. Remove from skillet and add vegetables, stir fry 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Return protein to skillet.
Step 3
Stir soy sauce mixture. Add to skillet, stirring constantly. bring to boil on medium heat; add peanut butter and boil 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened. Sprinkle with seasame seeds and serve with rice or noodles

Dough:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- Water
Filling:
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 lb ground beef
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup tomato sauce
Method
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, milk, and water in a pan, and mix until you form a dough.
- In a saucepan, heat a splash of olive oil and add the onion. Cook on medium-high until onion has softened.
- Add the ground beef, and add the salt, water, and tomato sauce. When the meat has browned, remove from heat.
- Dust a flat surface with flour, and roll out the dough into a flat sheet.
- Use a ramekin or cup to cut out circles.
- Add a dollop of beef-tomato mixture to the center of each circle.
- Pinch the dough into a little pocket.
- Bake in the oven at 350° F for 15 minutes.
