Butterscotch/Peanut Butter Candy

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. buterscotch instant pudding
- 1 lb. confectioner's sugar, plus extra for flouring surface
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1/3 cup oleo
- peanut butter

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, pudding, oleo. Mix well. Add egg white and milk. Knead together.
Step 2
Roll out dough into a thin square/rectangle. Keep rolling pin and surface "floured" with confectioner's sugar to keep from sticking.
Step 3
After dough is rolled out, spread the peanut butter over top as thick as desired.
Step 4
Roll dough up like a jelly roll and wrap in wax paper.
Step 5
After chilling about 2 hours, remove wax paper and cut into thin slices.
Step 6
Keep in an air tight container and refrigerate when not serving.
