Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 0.5 tsp red chili powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2-3 limes
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 0.5 jar salsa
- 0.25 cup cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
Season both sides of breasts with limes, chlli, salt, cumin, and ginger
Step 2
Place chicken in fridge for 30 minutes
Step 3
Brown chicken breasts on each side (5-8 minutes per side)
Step 4
Cut chicken breasts into strips and serve topped with the salsa and cilantro
