Ingredients

  • 1 C. nut butter (peanut, cashew, almond, etc)
  • 2-3 very ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1-2 Tbs. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

Step 2

place all ingredients into a blender or food processor, blend until well mixed. Batter will be sticky.

Step 3

Bake in greased mini muffin tin for about 8 minutes or regular muffin tin for 12-15 minutes
