  • 1 Can (15.5 oz) Whole kernel corn

Step 1

Cut pork into small pieces (1 inch by 3 inches) and saute in a pan over a medium low heat. Add the sliced onion and cook 5 minutes taking care not to burn. Strain the fat into a saucepan. Add potatoes and boiling water to fat and cook until potatoes are soft.
Add milk and corn. Heat to boiling. Season with salt and pepper.
