Ingredients
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. dill
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 cup lukewarm water.
Preparation
Step 1
Heat cottage cheese on low heat.
Step 2
Dissolve yeast in water.
Step 3
Combine egg, butter and cottage cheese.
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients.
Step 5
Let rise 50 minutes. Punch down.
Step 6
Let rise 30 to 45 minutes.
Step 7
Bake in greased loaf pan for 50 minutes. At 350.
