Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup cucumber seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced onion or shallot
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon minced fresh herb like tarragon dill basil or
- oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve with warm or cold fish.
This is especially good with poached salmon.
