Ingredients
- 6 potatoes peeled and quartered
- 1 c chopped onion
- 4 c cabbage shredded
- 1/2 c milk or cream
- 1/4 butter
- 1 t salt
- pinch of pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes until tender, drain.
Step 2
Cook cabbage and onion in boiling water for 15 minutes, drain.
Step 3
Mash potatoes, beat in butter and milk. Add salt and pepper. Fold in cabbage mixture.
