Ingredients
- 2 cups fafalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 6oz pkg grilled chicken breast strips
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes or 1 large tomato, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup italian dressing
- 1/2 cup colby and monterey jack cheese crumbles or shreds
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the cooking water
for the last 2 minutes of the pasta cooking time; drain.
Step 2
Toss chicken, tomatoes, dressing, cheese and olives in large bowl. Add
pasta mixture; mix lightly.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately or cover and
refrigerate several hours until chilled
