Ingredients

  • 2lbs Frozen Hashbrowns
  • 500ml Sour Cream
  • 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 Cups grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw potatoes slightly
mix all ingredients in 9 x 13 baking dish
sprinkle with parmesan cheese
Bake at 350 for 1hour- 1 1/2 hours
