Ingredients

  • 8 c. grated potatoes
  • 1 1/2 loaves bread torn apart
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 4-5 c. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in order given. Add bread/flour as needed.

Step 2

Form into balls and boil in salt water 20-30 minutes. Serve with sauerkraut.
