Ingredients

  • Cake mix:
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups white Sugar
  • 3 cups shredded Carrots
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup oil
  • frosting:
  • 8 oz pk cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup icing Sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

mix

mix cake mix ingredients in order written
place in oiled 9 x 13 pan
bake for 30 min at 350

for frosting whip all ingredients until very fluffy
