- Cake mix:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups white Sugar
- 3 cups shredded Carrots
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup oil
- frosting:
- 8 oz pk cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup icing Sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
