Homemade Buttermilk

  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 TB White Vinegar or Lemon Juice

Preparation

Step 1

Place vinegar or lemon juice in a 1 Cup measuring unit.

Step 2

Add enough milk to reach ONLY the 1 Cup line.

Step 3

Stir gently until ingredients are well-combined and thickening.

Step 4

Let sit for 5 minutes and use as needed.

This recipe will keep for 2-3 days covered in the refrigerator.
